1. Introduction

Welcome to Cash2Captcha ("we," "us," or "our"). Cash2Captcha is an online Captcha platform that allows Users and Agents to participate in Captchas solving and earn rewards. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)govern your use of our platform, along with our Privacy Policy.By registering and accessing our Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service

2. Eligibility

 About Captcha and Captcha Word: We used the captcha and captcha words as content only; we do not sell, misuse or do anything unethical with this (Captcha).

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Indian law.

  • Text-Based Captcha: Users are asked to type a series of distorted or scrambled letters and numbers from an image.
  • Image Recognition: Users are required to identify and select specific objects in an image, such as traffic lights, crosswalks, or bicycles.
  • Checkbox Captcha: Users simply need to check a box to confirm that they are not a robot.
  • ReCAPTCHA: Developed by Google, ReCAPTCHA is a widely used captcha service that combines various challenges, including image recognition and checkbox verification.

What is the use of Captcha?

 Captcha, which stands for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart," is a security measure used onwebsites to differentiate between human users and automated bots. Captchas are designed to prevent bots from accessing or interacting with a website's services or data. There are various types of captchas, but the most common one involves the user identifying and solving a challenge that is easy for humans but difficult for automated scripts to complete.

Here's how captchas work:

1.Presentation of the Captcha: When you visit a website, you may encounter a captcha challenge when trying to perform certain actions, such as submitting a form, signing up for an account, or making repeated requests to the server. The website will present a captcha challenge to verify that you are a human user.

2.Captcha Types: There are different types of captcha challenges. Some common ones include:

  • Text-Based Captcha: Users are asked to type a series of distorted or scrambled letters and numbers from an image.

4.Validation: After you solve the captcha challenge, the website's server will validate your response. If you provide the correct solution, the server will allow you to proceed with the intended action on the website.
5.Verification for Bots: Bots and automated scripts often struggle to solve captchas because they are designed to recognize and understand human patterns. Captchas aim to introduce an element of unpredictability and human intuition that makes it difficult for automated programs to pass.
6.Continuous Improvement: Captcha systems are constantly evolving to stay ahead of advanced bots and to ensure a seamless experience for legitimate users. This includes improvements in the complexity of challenges, the use of machine learning to distinguish between humans and bots, and the introduction of newer, more secure captcha methods.
In summary, captchas are an essential security measure to protect websites from automated bots and ensure that interactions on the internet are carried out by humans. By solving captcha challenges, you demonstrate that you are a real user, allowing you to access the website's content or services.
  • We give a captcha typing work to users for practice purposes only, to teach them "how to type correct captchas while registering or logging on to websites or anywhere." We use a captcha in our application Cash2Captcha, as content only, like other applications with different content. People use the application more, so we get good traffic on the application daily.

3. Captchas and Work Rules
  1. Earnings are based on the number and type of captchas completed and the time you spend. No fixed or guaranteed income is promised.
  2. If a user is inactive for more than 7 days period, the account will be terminated permanently without prior notice will be deleted. In that cases, the Entry Fee will be forfeited and non-refundly.
  3. Users and Agents can potentially earn up to ₹30,000 or more than that through Captchas and referrals; however, actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
  4. The Entry Fee is required to access the platform and is considered a security deposit, not a subscription fee.
  5. If you use an ad-blocker or prevent ads from displaying, you will not earn rewards for completed work.
  6. If you do not understand any feature, you must contact the support team for guidance.
  7. Captcha and Referral earnings:
    • Captcha and Referral amount can be withdrawn anytime by reaching the target amount.
  8. Only right answered Captchas will be eligible for money.
    • Any use of third-party software, bots, or malpractice will lead to permanent suspension.
    • Captcha can be between 4 to 8 characters long. Captchas are case sensitive with Alphabets and Numbers.
    • We took a Subscription fee to access all the features in this application; we took a Subscription fee not only for captcha-type work, so captcha-type work is optional, and users and agents can earn on other works too, like solving surveys and referring users.
    • In Captchas work we pay users and agents when they use the app and see the ads from Google Ads and any other direct sources. So, if a user uses an ad blocker and finds that he does not see ads, he will not get the money he worked for.
    • If the user and agent doesn't get access to any features in this application or doesn't understand how to use them, they must email the support team, and the support team will help them.
    • Advertisements may appear between Captchas. Viewing ads is a mandatory part of the earning process.

4. Communications

 By using our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, promotional content, and other communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link or emailing help@cash2captcha.com.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions Fee

  1. To access Cash2Captcha.com features, users and Agents must pay a one-time Entry Fee (Subscription Plan).
  2. Subscription Fee Refund Eligibility :
    • Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Plan Users and Agents : Refund available only when the Payment Gateway issues and any Technical issues through the platform.
    • Service Charge: 5% Subscription Fee will be deducted annually as a maintenance or platform charge.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • We will make a best-effort attempt to process feedback correctly and in a timely manner.
  • However, irrelevant responses or unsupported content are not covered under SLA.
  • Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or server load issues.

7. Withdrawals & Payments
  1. Minimum withdrawal: ₹1000. Maximum depends on available balancein your Wallet .
  2. After completing ₹1000, users and Agents must raise a withdrawal request in-app.
  3. All withdrawals are subject to Indian taxation laws (including TDS). Users and Agents must declare earnings in their income tax filings.
  4. Payments will only be processed through the official withdrawal request system i.e (UPI and bank transfer) .

8. Refunds

  1. Refunds are discretionary and subject to eligibility conditions.
  2. No refunds will be provided in cases of:
    • Account suspension due to inactivity or malpractice
    • Voluntary discontinuation by the user
    • Partial usage of services
  3. Refunds (if eligible) will only be processed via the original payment method.
  4. The Company reserves the right to utilize the Subscription Fee for internal operations but remains liable to refund eligible users and Agents.

9. Prohibited Uses
  • Violate Indian laws
  • Harm or exploit minors
  • Send spam, junk mail, or chain letters
  • Impersonate the Company, employees, or users
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to fill Captchas
  • Hack, disable, or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or spread malware
  • Trade, sell, or resell accounts

10. Accounts
  1. Accounts must remain active with at least ₹10 monthly earnings. Failure will result in suspension.
  2. All accounts remain the property of Cash2Captcha.com.
  3. Users and Agents are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Any misuse under your account will be your responsibility.
  4. Sharing, reselling, or trading accounts is strictly prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property
  • All content, features, design, and software on Captchas remain the exclusive property of the Company.
  • Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.

12. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights.

  • Copyright complaints must be emailed to help@Cash2Captcha.com with the subject "Copyright Infringement".
  • Complaints must follow the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 with details of the work, infringing URL, your ownership proof, and a sworn declaration.

13. Analytics & Data

We may use third-party analytics providers to monitor Service usage.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, Captchas availability, or fixed earnings.
  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount of Subscription Fee or amount paid by the user and Agents, whichever is lower.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of violations.
  • Users and Agents may discontinue anytime, but termination does not entitle them to refunds unless eligible under the Refund Policy.
  • Provisions relating to ownership, liability, and indemnity survive termination.

The account holders has to earn a minimum amount of ₹10 each month to keep the account active; failure to do so shall lead to the account termination.

17. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction shall rest with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

18. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Waiver & Severability

  • Non-enforcement of a clause does not waive our rights.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the rest will remain enforceable.

20. Disclosure

Cash2Captcha will not disclose partner or service provider identities to customers under any circumstance.
